If you have ever seen a person demonstrating and thought "I can do that", then don't underestimate the work that that person has done before they put on their gleaming white apron to entertain you.

They were at the warehouse at 6am, loaded up their van with all the shop fittings and the stock, drove half way across the country, set up all the store, carried all the heavy boxes, dealt with all the stress and problems and will now work 5-10 days in a row, 8-10 hours a day eating lunch on their feet between demo's (if they get to eat at all). After you go home they stay and do all the cleaning up, buy the supplies and get more stock.

If you still think you can do that, then you could be onto a great job that is flexible around the rest of your life and financially very rewarding (if you are any good).
